Rate this an 8 out of 10.. much better than the teen movie I expected. Has a real story line and characters you really learn to care about. I love Shane West on ONCE & AGAIN so it was great to see him do even more here. Not familiar with Mandy Moore, but she does a great job as 'plain Jane' and doesn't turn into a butterfly like a lot of teen movies do. Some really nice music in the movie and in the score in the background. Go see it.
