Rate this a 7 out of 10 mostly for Denzel's performance. He's really great and worth seeing since he's in the forefront 90% of the movie. The story evolves as a political statement on national health insurance, but it's still interesting with surprise twists and group of characters. Some of the plot points are questionable, but the story idea is still entertaining.
