You are quite mistaken. Kahana Sunset is the best place on Maui. I think the problem here is that you rented via a owner and they should have taken care of the problems. As far as roaches do you live in a cement box? If you dont like tropical places that have certain bugs, etc native to it then dont go to Hawaii. In fact I think that Hawaii would be better off without you!
